Keep up with the Trainer using FirstRate5 EOI

By Matthew Graham | Uncategorised | 0 comment | 7 September, 2018 | 1

Graham Energy is seeking expressions of interest from Assessors (both accredited, non-accredited or a student to be fair) who would be interested in a keep up with the Trainer style session using FirstRate5. The process is simple, a small group led by Matthew Graham will simultaneously complete a NatHERS Thermal Performance Assessment (energy rating) using the newest version of FirstRate5 v5.2.x from start to finish. At the end of the session we should all have the same result but don’t worry, we will progress at a steady pace and periodically check to ensure consistency with your Trainer along the way. Furthermore, you will have ultimate reference and reward – a best practice ‘textbook’ assessment at the end of the session with the obligatory CPD booty at the rate of 1 CPD point per hour. We will cover the new background management system and upcoming Floor Builder in the next FirstRate5 release (as announced by Sustainability Victoria at the recent CSIRO Australian Residential Energy Rating (ARER) Conference) along with many other useful enhancements.
