We wish to take this opportunity to thank Sustainability Victoria and the FirstRate5 team. As a subject matter expert and highly experienced FirstRate5 user, we joined the FirstRate5 team as a consultant in June 2015 to provide technical support to users. Our engagement was supposed to last for six months at a time when Sustainability Victoria was attempting to divest themselves of FirstRate5 but fortunately evolved into a Project Advisor assisting in the development of FirstRate5 and now three and half years later, our initial contract draws to a close.

We have enjoyed working closely with the FirstRate5 team and various Managers at the helm, Anthony Wright, Sally Moxham and currently, Kate Allsopp. During this time we have co-authored the FirstRate5 User Manual with Tony Isaacs, promoted the benefits of FirstRate5 to industry and participated in the introduction of a wide range of major features including the Spit Area tool, Floor Builder and better Background Management plus many more minor features along the way.

We will certainly miss the daily interaction with Project Lead, Govind Maksay and fellow Project Advisor, Jane McGlade-Smith. The healthy rigour and dynamic with lead software programmer, Adam Horan was special and rewarding, so we also wish him the best on his new journey as well. It has been an absolute pleasure to work together with the tight-knit team to improve FirstRate5 and we certainly appreciate your support, respect and
camaraderie.

Thank you also to the FirstRate5 users who constantly remind us of why we strive to make FirstRate5 better and we wish Sustainability Victorian all the best for the future development and support of FirstRate5.
