Offered for the first time in Sydney, the ABSA workshops for accredited TPA’s using FirstRate5 provide a great opportunity to test your skill, learn and also earn ‘Technical’ CPD points. The interactive four-hour workshops assist to instil confidence in assessors that they are correctly utilising the software and understanding the NatHERS Technical Note.

We would encourage all ABSA members using FirstRate5 to attend these workshops regardless of your experience. Ensure you have not formed ‘bad habits’ and are conducting an assessment that is consistent with the AAO quality assurance review process – the CPD points are certainly useful but secondary. Prevention is better than cure.
